The Genesis of InnerOn
Ten years apart. Alina been closely seeing her mother's mental health unravel into physical illness and coma, twice. The scans came back clear. Doctors found nothing. And her mom worked a lifetime in the healthcare industry, in an intensive care unit. But her body was breaking in ways that only showed at home.
Her mother went to different types of therapy for years. It helped, yet not enough. A weekly hour to talk about the past fire, but not getting through it. During crises, Alina was the glue in the mess while noticing the waits of her mother for Thursdays while the rest of the week was blurry, psychotic and inexplicable.
Alina has had a international career in high-stress and pressure-cooker tech spaces, lived in 7 countries and seen everything to understand we need new outlets to deal with everyday life in this century. Pressure isn't the problem, but the lack of having a maintenance tool where we manage all of our internal living.
She builds InnerOn for her mother first and for people to not get to the later stage.

For everyone whose mind collapses in these modern days in ways no scan, diagnosis (which takes ages anyway) screen or main stages can see and needs something right now, not next Thursday.
Mental health is big thing, most right now is about meditation or content-driven, and it ends up overwhelming and confusing and left at impersonal philosophical chats. I see and build the outlet past that, the infrastructure for life fullfilment, same as computers need care and maintenance, our brain needs that too. And beyond the clinical help, We needed something in that moment of daily reset of our internal system to get on with our day, without that mental stress.
No one should have to wait to feel held and in power of themselves.
